So many more to choose from ... and states, too.

She was vilified for speaking the truth on CBS 60 Minutes, even receiving numerous death threats, but Meredith Whitney was exactly correct. Many state and local governments are in the same or worse financial condition than Uncle Sam.

Nice to see San Diego leads some list. /s

Our problem is unfunded, exorbitant pensions. Some small progress has been made but the real battle will come on the ballot next year with a reform plan up for a public vote.
