Except for certain rights that are inalienable. It doesn’t matter if one chooses to fly or not, unlawful search and seizure is a God given right that can’t be taken away.

I guess it depends on what “taken away” means to you, because this court just okayed that. So do you if you decide to ignore it and live in your head of God given rights.
