I am not a vet and I will never forget that person’s actions. She should have been tried for treason. One of my high school friends died over there. A wonderful man fighting for the country he loved. He was an only child and his parents lost it after he was killed.
MamaB: I too am not a vet. But I remember those days clearly. I, too, am surprised she was not arrested on her return from NORTH vietman; and never tried for treason. I wondered why did she not stay there with the communists if she loved them so much? To me she is still and always will be a traitor to her country. How she lives here unimpeded is beyond me.
