Who will Burris sue this time?
sarc- Like Grant, I’m certain this individual was too an upstanding citizen with a clean police record.
They should put an inpenetratable fence around Hayward, Richmond, and Oakland and let all these gangbangers and losers kill each other.
I thought at first this hit was by a member of a Death Squad. After reflection I doubt it, as apparently the “tap” was in the late afternoon, a not very smart thing to do.

What’s going to happen to his $5 million lawsuit against BART?
Is this another, “praise allah, and pass the bean pies,” moment; or just another run of the mill gansta banging?
His lawyer will see it through in order that justice is done in the case. . . and, eh, . . there's a little matter of a 30% fee of the settlement. He regret the death of his client, but business is business.
