NUGENT: You have the right to remain stupid
The Washington Times ^ | July 16, 2011 | Ted Nugent

Posted on 07/16/2011 3:51:30 AM PDT by Old Badger

The brain-dead, zombielike nonsense blurting out of Democrats’ pie holes is mind-boggling as they feebly attempt to rationalize raising the debt ceiling, scrambling mindlessly to explain how increased runaway, criminal spending on gluttonous, wasteful, superfluous stuff is a good thing.................The separation of legislative, executive and judicial branches of government has turned into one big gang of complicit goons, scratching each other’s backs and scheming to increase their own dishonest assault on we the people. Oh, how they have forgotten their oath to the U.S. Constitution. Oh, woe are they.

Elections will no longer be enough to solve what ails our government. It is far too big and far too corrupt, at all levels.

Everybody needs to click on the link and read Nugent’s OpEd. It’s outstanding. The excerpt does not do it justice.

Ted Nugent and Charlie Daniels tell it like it is. They do it as Patriots instead of as celebrities. Gotta love them and pray for them.

Boy........ I'm really messing up today. I did do a search which included everything you quoted under the exact headline as I received it in today's Washington Times email.

If I've offended you, or anyone else for that matter, please accept my apology. Regardless, this article bares repeat posting numerous times because of the truth in the facts it pulls together for us. And, it should pi$$-off the liberal trolls to no end!

I like some of the sentiments expressed, but his writing skills are horrible.

I agree with you. There is a lot of ad hominem in this article. Nugent is right but never touches on WHY the things Dems do are dangerous. Instead he calls them stupid and criminal. True, but obvious and unhelpful.

-- I like some of the sentiments expressed, but his writing skills are horrible. --

Not only that, but the piece is "scattered," as far as subject material goes.

Still, some parts of the rant are damn funny. Mocking the Democrats on Capitol Hill:

"Honey, we're in debt up to our asses. Let's go shopping and increase our gluttonous indulgences. Yeah, that's the ticket."

Wow. Do you think Ted is angry, or what?

He’s not afraid to get a lot of frustration off his chest. Thanks Ted, for unloading on the elite liberal establishment which continually shows an apalling lack of good judgement when making decisions which impact all of us.

I read the entire piece, and it was a doozy. Aside from making me angry again, it did deliver some humor as it relates to the stupidity of our adversaries. Unfortunately Ted is correct. They occupy most of the government offices in our once former great republic.

I would like to go on record that the U.S. government is now more offensive and in violation of self-evident truths and God-given individual rights and liberties than the British government was in 1775. Make note, bureaucrats. We have had enough, are completely fed up with the insanity and we officially put you on notice: You’re fired. When we go to the polls in 2012, we are committed to give most of you a good dose of what unemployment feels like.

You tell'em Ted.
