Any protesters or anything of the sort?Nah. But this was in a fairly nice (mostly Republican) part of ORANGE COUNTY.
Our only opposition so far has been IGNORANCE and APATHY......but, we're ready for the "bad guys," too...
...when they discover how powerful this new movie will be.As I posted previously:
In the words of King Leonidas (from the movie "300"):Protestors outside "The Undefeated" showings would generate a lot of what Steve Bannon calls his "unearned media" strategy.King Leonidas: [on being told the Persians are coming to parley] Captain, I leave you in charge.
Captain: But, sire...
King Leonidas: Relax, old friend. If they assassinate me, all of Sparta goes to war.Pray they're that stupid. Pray we're that lucky.
“: Relax, old friend. If they assassinate me, all of Sparta goes to war. “
I like the Obi-Wan “Become more powerful than you could ever imagine one too ;)
Part of me really hopes that the moonbats show up for maximum free publicity as per Bannon, but the other part is so sick to death of the BS of the ongoing lib/media PDS that I just wish people would go see it and take it in without having to deal with all the drama.
I’m familiar with Orange (lived there a year 79-80 on Batavia and went to Portola Jr high in 8th grade.) But I figured since LA is just around the corner that there would have been some showing of lib stupidity.
The curious lack of protests tells me that the lib strategy is now ‘ignore it and it will go away’ but it’s not going away. But if it goes into wide release or once the DVDs hit Wal Mart, Bannon may still get his ‘unearned media’ boost.
Regardless, glad you all had a great time ;)
