I think that name is Japanese.

Korean names are like Moon Sin-Lee and Kim Lee-Jo and such. Usually 3 syllables. (45% or so of S Koreans are named Kim)

I made a joke based on a stereotype of the fierce Korean - I grant the name sounds Japanese; however, these groups are closely related linguistically and genetically!
