Reminds me of what the breweries did during Prohibition. They sold bags of malt with brewer's yeast, and included a step-by-step list of things you should not do because it would turn into beer. LOL!

I noticed that some of the incadescents are made in Mexico. Will they still sell them along the border to the border states? Can we visit mexico and load up with 100 watt bulbs for illegal shipment to other northern states?

Will the EPA begin border checks for illegal 100W bulb smuggling?

One can almost immagine some EPA SWAT team shooting down some homeowner to confiscate his illegal 100 watt bulbs.
