The map is really funny. Poor Russkie has obviously never heard of the Mason-Dixon line.
I can really see SC deciding to go with NY and MA.

It’s clear he went totally by geography, and didn’t consider the culture. A couple of the most glaring errors would be the break between the northeast and southeast, and a midwest split. No way Montana and Wyoming go with Ohio and Illinois.
