Why are they never worried about “paying for” new spending programs, only about “paying for” tax cuts.
How do you “pay for” a tax cut?

How do you pay for a tax cut? When you're a Marxist who believes that all wealth is ultimately held 'in common'; ie. by the government, every extra crumb that you earn that they 'allow' you to keep is an 'expense'.

How do you pay for a tax cut? By raising taxes, of course! That is the only logical way but make sure you call the increase an investment.
