How do you “pay for” a tax cut?

When you're a Marxist who believes that all wealth is ultimately held 'in common'; ie. by the government, every extra crumb that you earn that they 'allow' you to keep is an 'expense'.

How do you “pay for” a tax cut?

By raising taxes, of course! That is the only logical way but make sure you call the increase an investment.
