I agree that individual gun shop owners would not stand a chance of nullifying an illegal order. That is why I said: “AZ, NM, CA and TX gun shops should band together and dare the government to sue them collectively.”
As Benjamin Franklin said: “We must all hang together, or assuredly we shall all hang separately.”
I think they’ll carve up a few individual shops and make very public examples out of them...
What the DOJ, this president and other agencies don’t realize, is that it is only going to harden the resolve of the rest of us (which ironically is what they have to want), and will produce a deeper rift across the entire country...
But then again why should any of us be surprised at that point...
