When does Mark Leno get term limited out? That guy has been a major thorn in Californias side since, well, forever.
This is tricky to answer at this time. Elected to the state senate in 2008, he gets to run again in 2012. The quirk however is redistricting, in that if he goes from an odd-numbered district to an even-numbered district, his relection campaign would be delayed two years (odd and even district elections alternate every two years)
So it could be 2016 or 2018 until he gets term-limted out of the state senate and he's already done a full six years maximum in the assembly (under current term limits).

So another 5 to 7 years then you KNOW he will run for governor and probably win.
I have GOT to get out of that state, underwater mortgage or not.
