Minnesota Gov. Mark Dayton sent a letter Thursday to House Speaker Kurt Zellers and Senate Majority Leader Amy Koch, saying he "reluctantly" agrees to accept the Republican budget proposal from June 30.

Dayton wants to get rid of a “Cost cutting” measure in a budget that sets a record for INCREASED SPENDING (just, not as MUCH increase as Marky Mark wanted)?
Insane. (Perhaps literally, knowing Dayton’s history.)
All the R’s have to do at this point is hold fast, then throw him some small bone so he doesn’t look like a complete ass. The bone need not be large, just something tangible like a $500,000 program he really wants to keep.
And get your melon checked. I suggest you don't do both at the same time.
