Various police agencies have sued to get the addresses so they could make arrests. The courts have constantly ruled against this as a violation of (fill-in-the-blank) rights.

You make much sense, here. We have 12 million illegals here, and we no longer have jobs for them. The ones that aren't already skimming public assistance soon will be. It stopped raining (not really)? Great, but we still need to fire up the sump pump.
