Someone please remind Obama that Congress is a co-equal branch of government. He may extend an invitation but he has no authority to summon anyone anywhere.

Republicans would be stupid to show up to a location where they can be berated by the clown at length.

The House Repubs should respond by issuing a summons to the President to come to the floor of the House to discuss his points.
