Republicans in the House should pass a bill that mandates debt servicing, Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, the military and military retirees are paid out of monthly tax receipts. If the Senate Donkeys and Obama won't sign it, demand to know what payments he's going to cut or eliminate and to whom. Issue a subpoena to Obama’s boys to disclose where the money collected after 2 August is going and who made those decisions. Then the Republicans should crucify the Donkeys in the MSM. Have the guts and spine and attack, attack, attack, attack.

Yes they absolutely must pass something that keeps the wheels moving on debt service, SS, MC, military and vets. That's a must. Better not let the deadline pass w/out that.
