Well I hope the next time a catastrophe hits New Orleans and it’s hot and sunny and the humidity is high and the water is rising and there is very little communications with the outside world and the satellite phones won’t work because they are overwhelmed and communications between you and everybody else in the area is spotty and the mayor and police chief are on all the radio stations perpetuating rumors and people are looting and a good number of the police force have fled and then you get a call that officers are getting shot at well I hope you are the man in charge.
