Has anyone informed Congress of this? Recall that Boehner made a big show of call 0bama's bluff on the War Powers Act and then has done absolutely NOTHING. der 0berFuhrer Hussein 0bama does as he pleases.
(BTW I expect the same results from Boehner on the debt limit negotiations.)
