That's weird?!? I've searched a dozen diagrams of the human arterial system and according to any of the diagrams there's not supposed to be an Artery or Vein there? So maybe he's an alien from the planet Mongrel with a completely different anatomy?

After all we know he doesn't have a brain and can only read like a programmed robot from the script fed to him on TOTUS. So being an alien from outer space would explain his lack of a valid BC, any college records, any classmates remembering him, or any health exams being released.
