My take is this. We gave the House back to the GOP in order to stop Obama. They are refusing to use the power of the House to stop Obama. They have the power to stop him in his tracks.
It was for FY 2012 ~ next year!
That means the Republicans can finally work on appropriations over which they have some authority.
