The perp led police to the hody, he had the boy’s feet in his freezer and they have him in custody...why not release his name?
Are they really afraid they’ll be sued for false arrest or defamation of character?

He supposedly lives in the same house as his parents in a different apt. The police may be trying to protect his parents at this point. Of course close knit community you can bet the people living there know exactly who his family is.
