What subpoenas were ignored?
Andy Martin’s in Martin v Lingle. Martin filed a state level Freedom of Information request to the Lingle Administration.
According to Martin, the state failed to respond.
There was no subpoena to the HDH involved in that case that I am aware of.
The verdict of the case, IIRC, was that Martin was out of luck.
