Hmm...odd then that so many R’s voted yea. Also Barton sponsored both HR 91 and 2417. Why are there two bills? And why didn’t the House vote on the original bill?
I wondered why a good conservative voted against it.
HR91 had over twice as many cosponsors as 2417 too.
It all beats my understanding. Don’t see the point of this Kabuki game.
