Nope. He’s actually seen roving around speaking to cops in the original footage. (I’m not saying he wasn’t hurt in his back or legs, just ... it didn’t appear to me to be wheelchair-worthy.)
Anyway, I’m gonna resist taking the bait on any further responses ... like I said from the get go, MY vote would have been “guilty (but he did milk it a li’l afterwards), not “not guilty,” but I sorta understand why a cynical and/or union-goon-infested jury would disagree with me and find reasonable doubt.
Like I said, JMO, YMMV.
