Sounds like the new mayor is an okay guy. It’s the police chief and some of the other council members that are the problem.

I have no idea how everything got so far out of hand. I’ve watched quite a few of the last few months’ videos and the mayor seems to be a reasonable man. Even while the other council members are making motions,seconding, and “passing” them without being recognized or having the floor.
