IL is the ONLY state that doesn't allow concealed carry. Gun violence and crime in Chicago is through the roof. When concealed carry finally comes, and it will, lots of perps will have a rude awakening.

Well, maybe those people with guns were really police, you know the undercover kind. It is really hard to tell the good guys from the bad guys in Chicago. Maybe they should have uniforms: blue suits with checkered hats for police and bandanas tied around their heads with blue/black tattoos for the bad guys and Democratic National Committee badges for the really bad guys!
