The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.
That's a big one and at least half of the responsibility for the loss of those powers is at the state level. The feds have repeatedly bribed, blackmailed, and threatened the states into compliance

The Feds have to be cut back. I fully support who ever embraces that thinking. The democrat and the rino can't seem to grasp what she simply states
