Until recently, the Chinese Yuan was officially pegged 1 to 1 with the U.S. dollar. Then they got Bernacked and were forced to cut their currency loose, hence a differential that can be hedged.

Another nail in the coffin is a perfect analogy for the dollar's impending collapse.

Define recently... In 1995 it was ~8.25 RMB per USD, and it’s slowly increased in value since that time...
