Old news. He made the discovery that smaller units are more stable during the "public demonstration phase" early this year, and announced this change VERY shortly after.

The interesting thing is that multiple different groups are showing very repeatable results (Rossi, Ahearn and now Godes) with similar "substrates" as used for "cold fusion" (more accurately called "lattice assisted nuclear reactions") in the past. I suspect that there is more than one way to "skin the E-Cat", and they have each found one of the avenues. And there are "hints" in past cold fusion work of each of those avenues (pulsed electric/magnetic fields, catalysts, different metal substrates).

Again speculation, but I think it is probable that a combination of their approaches may allow larger/higher power units.

It's going to be a VERY insteresting problem for the patent courts (and science) to sort out what's what.
