Isn’t that around about the time Rush Limbaugh will be on in some places? - Uh, I think I’ll be listening to Rush. - This “speech” will most likely be Obama “scolding” Congress for not DOING LIKE HE SAYS!!! Using the “bully pulpit” to go directly to the people to get them to pressure Congress to DO LIKE HE SAYS!!!
