Real. Not a smoking gun (”Operation Gunrunner” was a legitimate Bush program), but the implications of some comments stink.

I think the second part of his statement is too damning to just shluff it off by denying any knowledge of it. "But as today’s conference has emphasized, the problem of arms trafficking will not be stopped at the border alone.
