[NJDC]: Bachmann “Does Not Hesitate” to Sign Offensive Pledge
National Jewish Democratic Council ^ | 7/8/11 | Ariela Fleisig

[National "Jewish" Democratic Council goes on record as supporting Sharia and misogyny, and opposing the First Amendment.]

Presidential candidate Representative Michele Bachmann (R-MN) signed a highly offensive pledge advanced by the Iowa social conservative group The Family Leader. The pledge insensitively compares childrearing by single parents and same-sex couples to slavery, declares homosexuality a public health risk and compares it to polygamy, polyandry, and adultery, rejects a woman’s right to make decisions about her health, and continues the right wing’s incorrect straw-man argument against Islam. Nearly every point in the pledge conflicts with the values of most American Jews, who largely disagree with most of the points made by the pledge and oppose racist and homophobic rhetoric.

...This pledge is just the latest indication that today’s Republican Party has been taken over by extremists. Bachmann’s prompt signing confirms what NJDC knew and said before: Bachmann is simply too extreme for the vast majority of American Jews.

Egads. More signing of pledges. Oooh, it’s just like middle school and signing a stupid pledge so you could be like the kewl kids. Grow up already. Signing those things are nothing but begging to offend someone and get yourself into hot water. She should have told them no on the first pledge like Herman Cain did. This does not bode well for her decision making.

Those things are, in fact, offensive to the 75% of Jews who vote for the commies reflexively.

NJDC ?

More like SoS :

I know thy works, and tribulation, and poverty, (but thou art rich) and I know the blasphemy of them which say they are Jews, and are not, but are the synagogue of Satan.
Rev. 2:9
&
Behold, I will make them of the synagogue of Satan, which say they are Jews, and are not, but do lie; behold, I will make them to come and worship before thy feet, and to know that I have loved thee.
Rev. 3:9

sometimes I really wonder why He wastes His time ?

It's only offensive to warped victim-mentality leftists.
Seems like a good thing to me.

Michele Bachmann is being revealed as a disaster.

We have this pledge that, among other things, raises the specter of slavery as being better for blacks than freedom.

She won't come clean on the farm story: did she earn money from it like her filings said or not earn as she claimed in an interview.

Her husband is not a license therapist in MN, and while it's not strictly required in that state, it's highly peculiar.

Her legislative record is on par with Obama's: unremarkable.

She admits she only went for an advanced degree in tax law because her husband told her to and believes in strict deference of a wife to a husband. How would she handle decisions as POTUS in that light?

She's great as a firebrand in the House but would be a gift to Obama as the nominee.

Sarah Palin said it well today, "Second, the office of the presidency is too important for on-the-job training. It requires a strong chief executive who has been entrusted with real authority in the past and has achieved a proven track record of positive measurable accomplishments."

We need someone other than Bachmann to be the unRomney.

It seems like the only pledge she won't sign is DeMint's Cut, Cap & Balance!

Cut - Substantial cuts in spending that will reduce the deficit next year and thereafter.

Cap - Enforceable spending caps that will put federal spending on a path to a balanced budget.

Balance - Congressional passage of a Balanced Budget Amendment to the U.S. Constitution -- but only if it includes both a spending limitation and a super-majority for raising taxes, in addition to balancing revenues and expenses.

She lamely dodged saying it didn't go far enough.

In fairness to Perry and Bachmann, Reagan was 51 in 1962.

Not that I think she's ready at all but, factually, this is her fifth year in the House and her 3rd term.

I agree it she's definitely failing as the Tea Party Caucus leader.

“We have this pledge that, among other things, raises the specter of slavery as being better for blacks than freedom.”

Her point was not that Black people were better off as slaves, but rather that single parent households create conditions similar to slavery (poverty and so on).

“I wouldn’t waste any time supporting somebody who volunteered for the Carter campaign, attended his Inaugural Ball, and married a guy who lisps worse than Liberace.” .... Rome2000

Rick Perry supported Al Gore’s campaign in ‘88. Reagan was a Democrat and union president early in his career. That lisp cr@p is ridiculous. If you’re going to criticize Bachmann, do so for the right reasons, not for trash like that! ........ secondamendmentkid

Agreed.

I think that Michele Bachmann would guarantee the reelection of Barack Obama because America already got burned severely by the (Brand New in Congress) + (Politically Correct {Gender/Skin Color} ) + (Zero Executive Experience) = Presidential Material scam back in 2008.

Given the choice between a brand new Affirmative Action candidate with ZERO executive experience and the last Affirmative Action candidate that now has 4 years of executive experience, most American voters will play it safe, throw up in their throats, and reelect Barack Hussein Obama.

Governor Rick Perry, on the other hand, with ten and a half years of experience as Governor of the second most populous State in the Union and as Governor of the most economically successful State in the Union will crush Barack Hussein Obama in 2012.

Plus, Sarah Palin "really likes" Governor Perry.

Plus, JimRob thinks that Governor Perry would "be excellent alternative to Obama the commie".

Plus, nobody in the current pathetic field of GOP candidates, besides RINO Romney, has a snowball's chance in Hell of beating Obama ..... not even the pizza chain CEO with ZERO government experience but the Politically Correct skin color.

It is time for conservatives to get back to what American conservatives traditionally valued: Executive Experince, Competence and Results.

Politically Correct skin color and Politically Correct gender with ZERO executive experience is what liberals have traditionally valued.

========================

MAY 31, 2011 .... Palin plugs Perry: "I really like him" .... Unprompted, Sarah Palin brought up Rick Perry's name yesterday as a strong presidential candidate. "I think he would be a fine candidate.... we have a lot in common. I really like him.

Governor Sarah Palin's Endorsement of Governor Rick Perry

"That's why I am supporting Governor Rick Perry for re-election. He does what is right regardless of whether it is popular. He walks the walk of a true conservative. And he sticks to his guns – and you know how I feel about guns!" ...... Sarah Palin, January 17, 2009
