The problem is, these comments were made at the Metra stop beneath Michigan Avenue. This is a very upscale part of the downtown area.
It is outrageous that some kid can be held on a $50,000 felony charge for calling another kid a fag. Not saying I approve of the comments but this demonstrates the lengths the progressives will go to protect one of their cherished “classes”.
This is going to turn into a very bad situation for people of faith in this country, especially those in progressive strongholds like the big cities.

I agree completely, "Hate crimes" are total BS.

I wonder, if the victim had gotten so upset that he called his attackers by the "N Word", would they have called it a wash, hate crime-wise?
