The measure, approved 336-87 in the Republican-dominated House

There are only 240 Republicans in the House. That means nearly 100 Democrats had to vote for it if all Republicans voted YES.

It had large BIPARTISAN approval. The language above slants the story in a way to suggest Democrats had no part in this "evil" Defense budget.

Secondary note, if all “noes” were Democrats, 87 votes would only be 45% of their caucus.
