I think it’s coming from the Constitution (at least the baseline military spending). It would sure be nice if people were this critical of the other 99.9% of government programs, starting with Social Security...
A $17 billion increase. I thought we were gonna cut everything, across the board. Does this mean they could not find one penny of savings, not one single instance of waste, fraud or abuse? Unbelievable, they can’t seem to help themselves.
