Great story, new clean coal plant with all the bells and whistles proposed in the world's largest limestone quarry, and the former Michigan Governor, Jennifer Granholm went so far as to make an unconstitutional executive order to stop it. The town waited 1000 days for an air permit to construct, but it was denied. Company sued the government, company won, and just recently, the air permit was granted.
But...
now we have the EPA to deal with.
EPA -— soon people will despise this agency as much as the IRS.

Historically it has been established business that have pushed for new rules, Reg's etc..
Using the legistrators to protect and or maintain a monopoly.
Is there a money trail to Granholm?
