A much better and more complete article than the KING5 one, thanks for posting.
If it’s true that Officer Haynes was ‘extremely’ drunk and acted the way it’s said in the KOMO article, then a lot of questions are answered.
Very sad and ugly & I’m just glad nobody got killed.
