He’s going to tell us the Republican refusal to raise the debt limit and taxes is taking it’s toll on the economy.

That will be part of it. The other part will be that we need to raise taxes and spend more.

Economy was turning around until the Republicans took the house. They have increased uncertainty and threatened the economy with draconian measures. Will demand the republicans increase spending and taxes to provide hope to the American people.
