Take the guy to the Salvation Army where he can buy a $45.00 used couch, $25.00 on a used sofa, $5.00 on the end tables, $100.00 for a used TV and DVD player and give him a buck fifty for the loss of those sex tapes of he and his wife.
And I am sure they can find a used jumbo sized wedding dress and the local Goodwill store.
In other words, you concede that his property was wrongfully taken, and now you're just haggling over the price. Do you work as a homeowner's insurance adjuster?
