Just curious, I don't know much about this case but I'm going to assume that since this verdict has been pending since 1994 that all other avenues of appeal have proven fruitless. IOW, he's guilty and there isn't any doubt about it.
So this nonsense about not getting access to the Mexican consul is just some kind of legal shenanigans intended to circumvent the administration of justice that this scumbag so richly deserves, correct?

Just learned about the case myself today. They explained the crime in detail on the radio. Let me just say it involved sodomy and a stick with a screw protruding from it. It was a brutal killing.
