Lets see now. He raped and murdered a little girl, but other than that, he’s a darned nice guy. After all, Barack Obama likes him. What better endorsement could one have?

Reuters and the rest of media that are saying We, Texas, denied him his rights to the mexican consul are fu*king LIARS.
The POS killer didn’t tell anyone he was a mexican.

0dumbo can’t have it both ways. either we ask for citizenship status or we don’t. 0dumbo says asking is profiling

Of course this happened back in 94 but the San Antonio police did NOT deny this pos consul access

Too bad he won’t suffer like that young girl did

Excellent news.

And just who are these unnamed “foreign policy experts” that predict dire consequences if the state of Texas offs this evil scumbag?

Oh, wait. Let me guess! Is it the usual assortment of UN flaks, Eurotrash hacks, and tenured leftist academics? In other words, the kind of people who get all frisky when they imagine that the “rights” of vicious killers are somehow infringed, but have no conception of justice, or mercy, or grief?

The guy had been living here illegally since he was 2 years old. If he wanted protections from the treaty he shoulda went home.

For Leal Garcia, Thursday is Fryday. Lets hope.
So they want to be exempt from prosecution for illegal immigration and they want to to be exempt from the death penalty because they are from Mexico. Name a law that an American citizen can break and not be prosecute or overlooked.

My only issue: This ought to be a public hanging instead of a lethal injunction.

Supreme Court refuses stay of Texas execution

By a 5-4 vote along ideological lines, the Supreme Court has just refused to stay the execution of convicted killer Humberto Leal Garcia, a Mexican convicted of the rape and murder of a 16-year-old girl in 1994. The Obama Administration, citing concerns over U.S. interests and treaty obligations, had asked the court to delay the execution, scheduled for 7 p.m. Eastern Time tonight.

Leal Garcia, 38, was convicted of raping a 16-year-old girl and then bludgeoning her to death with a piece of asphalt in 1994 in Texas.

Sick tasbard....death is too good for this southern border import piece of basura...

The Reuters article conveniently omits the info that rapist/murderer has been in the country illegaly since he was two years old.

Why does the Mexican government even claim as a citizen a rapist who bludgeoned his 16-year-old victim with a 35-pound piece of asphalt? They must be very proud.

He will stand before the real Supreme Court in ten minutes.
