I’m not trying to have it 2 ways. All I want is for somebody to clear up the glaring holes in the story, and prove the bastard is legitimately sitting in office. If being a bastard affects his British citizenship, then what about every other Brit bastard? Are they going to lose their citizenship too? The dad did recognize him as his son. That said, the Kenyan bastard is destroying the Constitution, and declaring him illegitimate would help enormously to undo some of the damage.

Iirc, the rule was that a bastard born abroad to a foreigner (in this case in Hawaii to an American) could not claim to be a British subject.
