A Democrat Senate acquitted a Democrat President of an open and shut case of perjury.
A Democrat Senate is not going to convict a Democrat president (or attorney general) of "high crimes and misdemeanors" if they happen to actually agree with the policy he was attempting to implement.
The problem is not with "the system". Nor is it with the Republicans. It lies solely with the corrupt and lawless Democrats.
There is only one way to solve the problem. Crush them at the polls. Consign the Democrats to the ash heap of history by voting their sorry butts out of office...and into the gutter, where they belong.
Clinton is still on record as having been impeached by the House, but the conviction by the Senate failed to occur as you pointed out. But he is still stained with impeachment from the House. At a minimum, I would love to see that happen to 0dumb0.
And YES, we still have got to throw the demoRAT House reps & Senators out of office, as well as some of the quisling Repubs -- Snowe, Collins, Scott Brown, Grahmnesty, Lugar & probably 3-4 other key RINO's as well. And most of all to elect solid conservatives to replace the demoRAT & RINO traitors.
