This makes no sense. The only reason would be to take down a plane. So many other targets that take much less effort are out there. There is no reason to do this.

That said, methinks that Obama’s TSA is simply looking for an excuse to add cavity searches and more invasive measures to the virtual strip searches and full body groping to which they are already subjecting our children, our elderly, our spouses, our veterans, and our fellow countrymen.

I think radical muslims get off on blowing up their own men... it’s creepy - - kinky. They want to kill us - but there’s a sick blood lust to their methods. No one else kills that way... it makes some twisted sense in Israel because the security is so good. But here? Why blow up people here?

AND you can drive straight up to refineries, dams, reservoirs - and these drivers, even ones who have not been in the US long and can hardly speak English, are in constant cell phone communications with contacts in the major cities where known terrorist cells are.
But you all go right ahead and “look over there!’ and put up with molestation at the airports - and heaven forbid a real investigative reporter would look into what's going on in the trucking industry.

actually, they tried a “rectal” bomb to kill a Saudi prince, and it didn’t work: The skin muffled the explosion.

I E-mailed the TSA on this issue years ago. The idea is obvious; Robert Heinlein included it in “If This Goes On,” a story he wrote decades ago. The Joker also had a bomb implanted in a minion (detonated by a cell phone) in a Batman movie several years ago.
Didn’t they have a scene like this in the movie “Hurt Locker”?
