I believe that was Dennis Miller's contention if one listens to the audio and his rant. I too wondered the same thing, but what is the odds of seating at least 13 idiots on the same jury, as one of the alternates is talking and saying he believed the "not guilty" verdict was correct.

There is obviously something all of us are missing, having not been there or privy to the entire trial. But the verdict certainly gives a reasonable person cause of pausing and wondering what the logic was that sold 13 people that the prosecution didn't do it's job!
