Two things ~ just because you've already dug up a story for us doesn't mean it's easy for others elsewhere to get to. Secondly, just because someone says its hard to get to (outside of your reference) should not be taken as a personal insult.

So Jedidah what do you think of muawiyah's comments. Are you still gonna call me stupid or are you gonna man up and admit that your statements were stupid. You seem to miss the whole point that the MSM buried these stories and is still doing so.

Can you grasp that simple concept or is is too difficult for you?

Everyone should realize that the further we get away from daily newspapers as our source of news the less meaning "buried" has for us. Sure, they can screw around with their archives, and in fact take the OLD STUFF and put it up for sale, or just lock it away. And they can make digging for the current stuff very difficult. But there are OTHER SOURCES ON THE NET.

Remember, with the degraded conditions of the print media these days your typical reporter does his researching by looking at police "blotters" and other materials on the net.

I've found few stories of consequence recently that are EXCLUSIVE to any particular newspaper.

They just can't keep it secret ~ if it didn't belong to them in the first place.

No one should be getting his nose out of joint over the fact an old print media word is not as widely or instantly understood as it once was.

BTW, when it comes to this "GUNRUNNER" scandal most of your MSM types have to read the same private bloggers all of us already dug into MONTHS AGO.

Even I probably have a couple more blockbuster revelations to make about the USPS ~ hair curling in some quarters if not here, but you will see much more of that over time.

Some day look up "Santa Claus", "Reindeer", and "Little Red Man". #10 on the hit parade is still a Free Republic Thread from November 27, 2003 right behind Cheech and Chong, Celine Dion and, lo and behold, The Christmas Song.

That's the difference between the Internet and Print. You don't need a newspaper's archives to put together good stuff that has people reference it year after year.
