Yeah, but see, it ISN’T hyothetical at all. It’s a racket that has been going on since Vietnam at least, and it got worse during carter when the arabs shut off the oil. Drug money replaced the oil money that greased the big banks and it has pretty much stayed that way ever since. Kosovo was about drugs.
