Right, Since no convictions, you don't have a felony record. My friend had a conviction where the plea bargain was no jail time, just probation. It still killed him on the job market.

Try to find one of those jobs in this job climate. They see “yes” checked off and it does not matter what else is on the application/resume. It’s off to the dustbin of forgotten applicants.
