Exactly. The fear that chills your heart when a little one is out of your sight for a moment in a public place... A mother who can party for a MONTH is not oncerned about her child. And probably knows she is not in trouble (but far past it).

I wonder how we are defining good Moms today? Any woman can pull some pictures or videos of them being kind to their child. Casey partied on for all that time because she knew where her daughter was... she knew she didn’t need a nap, feeding, a diaper change. Justice didn’t happen on earth but it will happen in heaven.

My son wandered off when he was 2. This was 18 years ago. I have never forgotten that feeling of utter panic. I am so grateful he was found and unharmed, but there is nothing like that. He was missing for probably less than an hour, but it was the longest of my life. To even contemplate a parent just being so casual about a missing child turns my stomach.
Casey Anthony killed and got away with it. I only pray that she does not get the opportunity to do it again.
