An alternate juror in the Casey Anthony trials has said that he believes that Anthony was a good mother and that two-year-old Caylee’s death was just a horrific accident.

The sensational acquittal of Casey Anthony sparked outrage across the U.S. as angry spectators compared the trial’s outcome to the infamous verdict in the OJ Simpson case.

But Russell Huekler, one of five alternate jurors who were present for all the testimony and were sequestered with the 12 other jurors, said he would have given the same verdict and is stunned by the public anger.

Dunno? The jury did not know either. Maybe we did. I am old and I do not think I have been helpful as our society has deteriorated. But I have the will to try and make up for it. It could have been Casey or any other theory. We have a conflict her. Between the 1st amendment. And the 5th and 9th Amendment. The 1st is aiding the modern communications system in inciting mob rule. The 5th and 9th have provided protection of Casey and the rest of us from an overbearing state. No easy answer. Maybe we are guilty and trying to blame anything but ourselves just like this pathetic family.

Good mothers are tigers! she would fall apart if their child was missing. And I don’t doubt they would be capable of killing anyone hurting her child. And she would NEVER drug her child!

I think Casey COULD have thought Caylee was deep asleep because of the chloroform at home until she found her dead from an overdose.

I’m not wanting to go hang the lot of them. It is obvious however, that Casey and her parents know what happened. Lying about where her child was and then waiting 31 days to file a missing person report reeks of a conspiracy. Don’t you think?

I should have known weeks ago this would happen with the jury. I’m on a private email list to discuss a hobby of mine and one of the men on the list kept insisting that Casey was a Wonderful Mother because he had been to a web site featuring dozens of pictures of her and Caylee and “you could just see the love she had for the child in her eyes.”

I guess this same guy missed the partying pics & the testimony of her boyfriend that she spent the majority of her time in bed with (sometimes with Caylee in the same bed!!!!!)

Have you ever been on a jury? My experience is that most of them are idiots. I was on an assault case once, where everyone but me and one other juror, spun off and created their own scenario about what happened. They were ready to convict the guy on that scenario.

Look you. No matter whatever else Casey is she is a CITIZEN. And thus entitled to the same constitutional protections you are or I am. The jurors are also CITIZENS. They did their duty.. I do not respect you.

I was on a cap murder case. Guy was guilty. Circumstantial evidence is what there was. No videos, no confession, but found guilty. Oh, and the judge allowed me on there even though I went by the crime scene every single day. Thank God, the defense did not use that for appeal.

I must admit I didn’t post on here to get your respect.
Yes, she’s a citizen. Yes so are the jurors. Yes, she has been acquitted and can run free and all that. Doesn’t mean she isn’t a killer. Doesn’t mean the jurors weren’t all numb nuts. You are so up on defending her. Why can’t you or won’t you defend her 2 year old daughter who seems to have been killed by no one or anything? Yes I am aware that when she stands before God she can’t hide and will get what is her due.
I just hate that until then no justice for Caylee. She will make tons of money on her deceased daughter. Oh well.. good for her I suppose.
